Club Whisper strives to provide exceptional event experiences. Because reservations are made for limited-capacity events, the following refund policy applies to every purchase.

All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to:

• Event admission
• Hotel room reservations
• Day passes
• VIP packages
• Merchandise purchased with event registration
• Any optional upgrades or add-ons

Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued if you:

• Choose not to attend
• Arrive late
• Leave early
• Miss scheduled activities
• Experience travel delays
• Become ill before the event

Event Changes

Club Whisper reserves the right to modify event schedules, entertainment, activities, or venues when necessary.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Event Cancellation

If Club Whisper cancels an event in its entirety and does not reschedule it, purchasers will be contacted regarding any available options, which may include a refund, transfer, or event credit at Club Whisper’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
